Walking in real bear territory is a rare and unforgettable experience. With hundreds of bear encounters and deep knowledge of the Tatras, your guide takes you to carefully selected valleys where bears are regularly observed in the wild.

In 2026, we will operate approximately 40 guided bear watching tours, each designed to maximise bear sightings while respecting nature and animal welfare.

This is not a zoo experience — it is real wildlife observation in untouched nature.

Your guide is a dedicated bear expert and bear enthusiast who spends 4–5 days per week in the same valleys of the Tatras, often guiding only small groups. This frequent presence allows for an exceptional understanding of bear behaviour, movement patterns, and seasonal habits.

During the hike, you will:

• Observe wild brown bears from safe distances
• Learn to identify bear-marked trees, bear holes in mountain slopes, and tracks
