4.1. You may cancel your reservation by email or phone. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the tour: 100% refund
- Cancellation 3–7 days before the tour: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the tour or no-show: No refund
4.2. If the tour is cancelled by the organizer (Slovakia Tours s.r.o.) due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety), you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4.3. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
